shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. If there are any order delays, you will be notified immediately. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Currently, shipping charges for your order are flat rates dependent on weight that will be displayed at checkout. 

how do i check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from me which will include a tracking number/service that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7-10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at support@mcdeerwood.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.

refunds, returns, and exchanges
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, I can not accept any exchanges or returns unless the wrong item was sent or an item was damaged during the shipping process. Otherwise, all sales are final.
